Team Leader    Helps lead the team through an activity by following instructions.

Materials Manager  Gathers supplies that the team will need during the activity and helps put them away.

Time Keeper     Reminds the team how much time is left during the activity.

Summarizer      Helps to keep the team focused by clarifying what team members say.

 

Scribe/Recorder  Writes down important information on a flipchart or piece of paper.

Manners Manager  Controls the noise level of the team and makes sure all members obey the ground rules.

Encouragers    Helps keep the
                            team going by
                            giving members
                            positive feedback.

Everybody       Contributes to and
