3. Does the paper have strong focus: it stays on topic and concentrates on the issues? If yes, just say so; if no, make suggestions to the author about how to fix that.

 

 

 

4. Is the paper well organized? Is the support is in convincing order and does it flow well from idea to idea with effective use of transitions?  Explain with examples.

 

 

 

5. Is the paper well-developed with facts, examples, anecdotes, observations, authoritative opinions, surveys, and/or statistics?  Quote the two best here. If you find the paper lacking, make suggestions for how to fix that here.
