    a. Review "Crossing the Swamp" TW.
    b. Mini-Lesson: Figurative Language - Discerning among simile, metaphor, extended metaphor, conceit, symbol.
    c. Working on RAFTs.
4. HW: RAFTs, TSTF reading.

Wednesday 2/23

2. Business:
    a. AP Test sign up sheet?
    b. Would like to move the RAFT to Monday - IFF you need the time today and tomorrow to prep the RAFT and read. (Condition: if in my judgment you are not working effectively, you will receive a RAFT deduction - just like late work.)

    a. Working on RAFT - each student should meet with teacher re: poem. (1/2 class)
    b. Reading: TSTF - do eCampus journal.
